Avionic Mechanic, Aeroplanes (Lahti/Helsinki/Tampere)
We are currently recruiting an aircraft mechanic focused on aircraft radio and electrical systems.
- Full-time position
- Stationed at Helsinki-Malmi (EFHF), Lahti-Vesivehmaa (EFLA) or Tampere-Pirkkala (EFTP)
- Basic training in accordance with EASA Part-147/66
- Specialised in aircraft avionics and/or strong interest in radio and telecommunication technology
- English skills, both written and spoken
- A valid EASA Part-66 aircraft mechanic license
- Appropriate B1, B2 and/or B3 ratings or B1.2 Group 3 rating
- Knowledge of Diamond aircraft and/or Garmin avionics
- Previous experience of general aviation piston engine aircraft
- Interest in information technology
Previous Certifying Staff Authorisation under Part-145 or Part-M.F is an advantage, and Diamond Aircraft maintenance experience is appreciated. Aeropole Aircraft Maintenance Oy will provide sufficient training for the relevant type(s) of aircraft maintained.
This position is suitable for a mechanic specialised/specialising in radio, electrical and instrumentation systems. We are commencing a project in order to renew the radio systems of our older Diamond and Cessna fleet in which you will be participating. Depending on your profile, the job description can also be extended to include other general aviation aircraft maintenance work as well.
Experience with Diamond or other composite-structure aircraft, Continental, Austro and/or Thielert/Technify engines and Garmin avionics is considered a strong asset.
