Our Locations

Aeropole’s story started in Helsinki, in the arctic winds of Finland. Operation in challenging conditions and in winter is in our DNA. We are now determined to bring our passion for safety, training quality and the fun of flying to all of Europe so that you can enjoy Aeropole quality training at an airport close to you.

Check out our training bases here to find you nearest Aeropole team.

Our fleet of modern Diamond aircraft is available for rental in all of our locations, by request. Learn more about our fleet.

Helsinki-Malmi, Finland

Helsinki-Malmi (EFHF) is Finland’s largest general aviation hub and is the perfect place to learn how to fly. The midnight sun in summer and bitter coastal winters provide a wide range of climatic conditions to truly challenge our pilots studying here. The busy airspace of Helsinki Airport located in Vantaa nearby is at close proximity providing opportunities for high-intensity air-traffic operations and instrument approaches. As a city, Helsinki, the capital city of Finland, is a vibrant and modern place that you will surely enjoy.

Helsinki-Vantaa Aviapolis, Finland

Aeropole’s Aviapolis Training Centre very near (practically at) the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL, EFHK) serves three purposes: First, we have our simulator in the premises of the Finnish Aviation Museum. Aim for the shiny Douglas DC-3, and you will see the building from the roundabout. Second, in our Aviapolis Training Centre we also keep many of our Ground Schools. Third, in the Technopolis business park just across the walk bridge from our simulator, we have our new corporate headquarters and certain functions related to customer service, finance and administration.

Access by bus no 615 from Helsinki city centre or by commuter trains I and P (take the North exit at Aviapolis). More info about public transportation at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. To get there by public transport from elsewhere, we recommend the Helsinki Region Transport Journey Planner.

Hotel Clarion is located 20 m apart from the North exit of the Aviapolis train stop. From there it’s only 150 m to our simulator center.

Tampere, Finland

Tampere Training Center caters to the greater Tampere city region. Tampere-Pirkkala Airport (EFTP) is rapidly expanding as an international airport and also as a aviation training hub. It is well served from Finland and internationally and less than an hours flight away from Helsinki.

We have our expanded offices in Terminal 2; entrance is through the west end of the terminal building.

Jyväskylä, Finland

Jyväskylä Training Centre at Jyväskylä-Tikkakoski Airport (EFJY) caters to Central Finland. Jyväskylä Airport is easily accessible by air or train from Helsinki. We have a briefing at your disposal in the administrative building 50 m to the North of the main passenger terminal.  The Centre is permanently staffed and provides training up to private pilot level as well as aircraft rental. Appointments by booking only.

Kuopio, Finland

The Kuopio-Rissala Airport (EFKU), surrounded by lakes in beautiful Savonia-Carelia, is our base in Eastern Finland. Kuopio Airport is easily accessible by air or train from Helsinki. The airport even has a seaplane base! We often organise night flying camps there for our clients elsewhere in Finland, as there are less restrictions to night flying in Kuopio than at many other, more southern airports.

We have a briefing at your disposal in the annex building 50 m from the gate of the general aviation apron, North of the main passenger terminal. Appointments by booking only.

Aalborg, Denmark

Aeropole Denmark ApS, our Danish Training subsidiary, provides both theoretical and practical flight training at the Aalborg (AAL, EKYT) airport in Northern Jylland.

The Centre provides a full offering of courses for private and professional pilots. Training for Flight Instructors and on Helicopters is also available.

Copenhagen-Roskilde, Denmark

In the Copenhagen region Aeropole Denmark ApS, our Danish subsidiary, provides training at the Roskilde (EKRK) airport, barely a 30-minute drive from the main Copenhagen-Kastrup (CPH, EKCH) airport.

The Centre provides a full offering of courses for private and professional pilots. Training for different Flight Instructor certificates  is also available.

If you are looking for quality training in a quality setting, our base in Roskilde is the place for you.

Cannes-Mandelieu, France

Basking in the sun of the French Riviera by the Mediterranean, our Base at Cannes-Mandelieu Airport (LFMD) offers an ideal platform for hour building with over 300 days of fair weather yearly. Ask us for current offers on aircraft rental and training. The base has an instructor available and aircraft on demand, and we use it as a winter base for our professional students. More courses will be offered soon.

Avignon-Caumont, France

One of our newest bases is Avignon-Caumont, which offers an excellent opportunity for hour building on Diamond Aircraft  — ask us for current offers on aircraft rental — and will soon have a multitude of modular course offerings made available. With the new hangar module at Technopôle Pégase, the local aviation business park, we are investing heavily in the market development in the Avignon region, offering first-class facilities to our southern clients as well as to those wishing to come there from further up north.
